How do I order from Innocent Chaos?
At Innocent Chaos you can either buy online and we can ship your product to you, or you can make an appointment to visit our Belfast studio and order in person.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are happy to ship all over the world. Please make sure you carefully input your address at the checkout.
When should I order?
Please try to order as soon as you find the perfect accessory. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but during busy wedding season unfortunately items may list out of stock.
When will I receive my order?
We take 2-5 working days to process your order and then delivery times are additional.
Uk deliveries 3-5 working days, for outside the UK please allow up to 30 days.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we do, please contact us before purchase with your request.
Innocent Chaos is not responsible for any custom fees or vat added to your order during shipping.
How do I take care of my Innocent Chaos item?
Please store your item out of direct sunlight in an airtight container to avoid tarnishing or fading.
Are these flowers real?
No! At Innocent Chaos we use the highest quality silk flowers.
Do you offer packages?
Yes absolutely! Please contact us with the date of your wedding, the items you require and a brief description of the style you might be interested in.
Where are you based?
We are based in East Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Do you make bespoke orders?
Yes, we welcome bespoke orders. Please contact us for more info.
Can you match my wedding colours?
Within reason, yes. We use your wedding palette as a colour reference rather than an exact match. With the variation of silk flowers, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All the pieces we ship out are made, packed and shipped with the best care and attention possible. Due to the very delicate nature of the pieces we cannot accept returns for the pieces at this time. Therefore, we can’t refund payments for pieces once bought. If you send your order back, we are not obligated to refund payment. All sales are final.
