Ordering Info

Making a purchase online could not be easier. Once you have selected your item click Add To Basket. This will lead you to the checkout (don’t worry you can continue shopping if you wish) where you will be asked for your details. We accept all major credit & debit cards through Paypal is a secure online payment gateway.

Orders placed by E-Cheque will be dispatched as soon as payment has been cleared. This can take up to 10 days.

You will then receive a Notification of Order email. We try and send out all orders within 3 days but this may vary over busy periods, please contact us if you need your order quickly and we will try our best to get it out to you sooner. During busy periods please allow 10 days for delivery. A Dispatch email will then be sent out once the order has been posted.

Shipping

Uk Orders

All Uk orders will be sent out via First Class Recorded delivery and should arrive within 2 – 3 days. A signature will be required.

International Orders

International orders are sent via standard Airmail and should arrive within 3 days to Western Europe, 4 days to Eastern Europe and 5 days to the rest of the world. This option does not have a tracking number.

Internationally Signed For

A signature will be required upon arrival. Delivery times vary country to country.

Please note Innocent Chaos cannot be held responsible for any Custom Charges. We have no control over these, sorry!

All shipping guidelines are supplied by the Royal Mail. Innocent Chaos cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in the post or in transit.

Packaging

All products come gift wrapped in a Super Cute Organza Gift Bag and then sealed in one of out Candy Striped Bags and a big pretty sticker to finish.  Other Wrapping and boxes can be requested.

Returns

We hope your love your jewellery as much as we do but if not here are a few guidelines. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in a new and re- saleable condition and must be returned in its original packaging. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please email super_sharon@hotmail.co.uk to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. Please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return. Due to hygiene reasons Innocent Chaos does not offer a refund on any earrings unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.  Innocent Chaos cannot accept returns from the Bespoke Service as these items are custom made for you. Please be aware that goods are returned at your own expense. Delivery charges will only be refunded in full in the event of the goods being faulty.
